Shipping policy

Where we ship
Wonderium World ships Australia wide from our warehouse in Melbourne. We don't ship internationally. We can deliver to PO Boxes.

Handling time
Allow 7 to 10 business days for us to make and pack your order before it's dispatched.

Handling time starts the next business day after you order and doesn't include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time
Once your order leaves us, allow approximately 3 to 7 business days. Regional and remote areas take longer.

All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery speed sits outside our control.

Shipping cost
Flat rate $17.95, Australia wide, no matter how many mats you order.

Who delivers your order
Our main courier is Australia Post, but occasionally we'll ship with Couriers Please or Allied Express, depending on your address.

We'll email your tracking the moment your order is dispatched.

Need it in a hurry?
Email us at hello@wonderiumworld.com.au before you order. If it's not a peak period we'll do what we can to move you up.

Peak periods
Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and school holidays put real pressure on the courier network. Order early and keep an eye on our socials for current cut-off dates.

Your delivery address
Please double check your address before you submit your order. We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Once an order is dispatched we can't redirect it, and if a parcel returns to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll resend it at your cost.

Pick up
Pick up is available from Tullamarine, Melbourne. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

You'll always need to check in with our staff to confirm we'll be there before you collect.

Select Pick up at checkout and wait for your collection email before you come in.

Lost or damaged parcels
Email hello@wonderiumworld.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll lodge an enquiry with the courier straight away. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
