Our standard lead time to fulfil and pack all your custom items is 5-7 business days to process orders before dispatch.
For all non custom items (ex. silicone range and non personalised items), please allow approximately 2-4 business days to process orders before dispatch. 
If you are ordering a mixture of custom vs non custom items, please note handling times will be based on the custom item timelines, as we will dispatch your order as a whole once everything is complete. 
If you require your item/s to be fulfilled as a priority order (and it doesn’t fall in a peak period) please get in touch with us at before you make your purchase and we will do our best to speed up the process where possible. 
In peak times, such as Christmas, Easter, Valentines day, Mothers Day etc, please ensure to allow for delays as during peak times couriers are already inundated and unfortunately this is beyond our control. 
Look out on our socials for up to date lead times during peak periods so you don’t miss out. 
Pick up can be arranged from our warehouse in Tullamarine, Melbourne. 
Between the hours of 9am - 3pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday  (closed on Monday and Friday). 
Once the order has been placed please choose pick up at check out. 
The Design Planner Kids HQ is based in Tullamarine, Melbourne, Victoria and only ships orders Australia Wide.  
Please note we do not ship to PO BOX addresses due to the size of our products.
We currently use a mixture of Australia Post, Avail Express, Star Track or Allied Express for most larger items (ie. colouring stations orders or anything over 1.2 mt in size)
For all shipping orders, please note all items can take approx. 5-10 working days for standard deliveries and regional locations.
If you live in a regional location and are worried about shipping times, please email us so we can confirm with the courier to give you a more accurate ETA.
